That video link I put in one of my posts doesn’t work anymore because the account was terminated…? Take this as not guaranteed evidence for track 13 and hopefully nothing was put on wiki pages
Sorry guys
-Track 13 will be introduced
-There might be an acoustic version for inertia
-AJR will maybe release the 14th track of The Maybe Man(more info in podcasts)
**SAY MORE STUFF IN THE COMMENT SECTION IF YOU KNOW MORE**
This short from AJREarlyReleases recorded at a masterclass with Ryan:
So yeah. TMM deluxe confirmed, maybe they’ll take the opportunity to put even more on there, like a tour or acoustic version of a song.
Okay, last post for this topic. We shall conclude this great ranking journey with the band's latest release, The Maybe Man!
Maybe Man: Holy cow, this is one of the best songs I've ever heard. Really, give AJR all the flak you want, but you gotta admit, this is one of the most unique songs out there. Name a song similar to it, I dare you. 10/10.
Touchy Feely Fool: Aaaaand we nosedived right down. This isn't a bad song, per say, but it is okay. 6/10.
Yes I'm A Mess: I think that The Maybe Man rendition of this song sucks lemons. The City Sessions one is better because it has variation in its instrumental. I get the whole western theme and all, but it's the same. Melody. Every. Time. It gets old, fast. And it doesn't help that I'm not too keen on the lyrics (particularly "And I need new shirts, 'cause mine all stink. And I'll tell my boss what I really think". Awful). 3/10.
The Dumb Song: I like the energy in this, but aside from that, it's a pretty nothing song. It really feels like random lyrics were mushed together without coherency. What is the meaning of this song? I feel that the instrumental had potential but was wasted on these weird lyrics. 5/10.
Inertia: A song that feels like Neotheater. The song is creative and memorable. 9/10.
Turning Out Pt. iii: If Turning Out was 8/10, and Turning Out Pt. ii was 7/10, then Turning Out Pt. iii would be 6/10. I see what they're going for but it could have been executed better. 6/10.
Hole in the Bottom of My Brain: How many times had I called a song amusing? Aw well. 6/10.
The DJ Is Crying For Help: The only AJR song that left me with some form of an emotional impact. 2nd favorite. 10/10.
I Won't: It's an okay song. 7/10.
Steve's Going to London: I hated the chorus until I realized that the whole song is about finding meaning in things without it. Then, my 7/10 fell to a 4/10 when the rap section played, because it's out-of-place and serves almost no purpose in being there. 4/10.
God Is Really Real: It's okay, I guess. I really hate it when artists feel the need to insert controversial topics in their music. I'm here for the escapism, not to be reminded of topics that are going to go out of date in a year. 5/10.
2085: Similar to Finale, the song doesn't hook me until the end, but unlike Finale, this song suffers from being too long. Yeah. Y'all might like a long AJR song, but that time must be used wisely. The Green and the Town doesn't feel old and it's a little over five minutes. 2085, on the other hand, could've ended thrice before its actual ending. It just keeps going, and going, and by the time it stops, any form of impact is gone. 6/10.
Totaling the scores, we get the rating of... 5.9? That can't be right! No, no, I checked the numbers, it's right. Wow. This album has the worst rating from me. Yikes.
What went wrong? I'd argue the songs are sounding too average. Most of the songs here have a low rating of 5-7/10, which is just "okay". Nothing special. Maybe Man is a fantastic song, but just two tracks later, you get Yes I'm A Mess. The quality is wonky. The instrumentals are better than OKO but the lyrics aren't (but sometimes the opposite happens, or both are worse). And, their attempt to be grand in 2085 ended up hurting it.
Here is every album in order of rating:
The Maybe Man: 5.9/10
Living Room: 6.6/10
OK Orchestra: 6.7/10
Neotheater: 7/10 (though I'd go with 7.4 by removing 100 Bad Days.)
The Click: 7.6/10
So, what do y'all think of my rating across all the posts? Am I too harsh? Am I misunderstanding something? Am I right? Feel free to discuss it!
Y’all know anything? Cause I don’t lol
Put anything in the replies :]
I almost thought this was an overture sample, but then I realized that it was probably just stems from the song, but then I almost thought that this was a new edition of it. I have no clue what this is supposed to be anymore lol

I love this. It is splendid. What should I add to it?
Remember when TMM was “The Muffin Mix” as a meme
You know how maybe man is a table of content.spotify subtly shows you which one is which
So if you use spotify you know how when you go onto lyrics it shows a short music video clip sometimes, well it shows the segment from the maybe man that is meant to be that song to use a confirmed one as an example for I wont instead of using the music video it uses the footage which goes with 'wish i was a song your favourite one' which is confirmed to be the line for i wont in the zach sang interview
Also hi this is my first post.
Does anyone know where I can buy tickets for AJR’s The Maybe Man tour? If you do, please let me know in the comments.
(again, spoilers for the Loki tv series on Disney+)
The more I listen to 2085 with Loki in mind, the more 'yeah, he fits almost perfectly into the song' I feel.
I think the biggest thing is the lyrics: 'I'll take all the shit, so you'll never have to; you can be you, and I'll be the rest' makes me think Loki at the end of the season!
Anyways, after this I'll stop posting about Loki & AJR stuff, considering last post not many people knew what Loki was

(Spoilers for Loki season 2 in the video)
I may have thought this because AJR's Album and Loki's finale came out on the same day but I thought Maybe Man & 2085 matched up with Loki pretty well.
And it seems I'm not alone! This video is great

Quick Question: Where can I watch the TMM Zach Sang Interview?
