"Somebody Pinch Me" was an early demo for Steve's Going to London. AJR stated that they wanted to use the melody of Steve's Going to London, but not the lyric. After having several people listen to the song, they discovered that the 'magic' of "Steve's Going to London" had gone after removing the lyric, and decided to redo the song, becoming the Steve's Going to London now available.
